Dennis Close spent a decade in the U.S. Navy’s submarine fleet, qualifying aboard SSBN ballistic-missile submarines and standing eight strategic deterrent patrols in the Atlantic Fleet. He held Top Secret / SCI clearance as an Intelligence Custodian, directed a Sub-Safe program to a zero-deficiency record, and managed multimillion-dollar refit budgets — a standard of zero-fail discipline under sustained operational pressure that has defined every venture since.
Two decades building and operating companies followed — across marine manufacturing, marina development, and regulated capital markets — through Dice Holdings, his private operating platform. Along the way he built and exited a registered digital infrastructure platform.
Today he serves as CEO of EcoSynQ, a sovereign discovery platform connecting quantum and classical evidence, and as founder and CEO of IRONCLAD — where the same standard that ran a submarine now runs compute.
