Dennis began his career underway. Eight strategic deterrent patrols aboard SSBN submarines — USS Maryland, USS Kentucky, USS West Virginia — in the U.S. Navy's submarine fleet. Selected to STA-21: one of 273 from 3,800 applicants. Former Top Secret / SCI clearance and Intelligence Custodian.

That standard — zero-fail execution, complete checklists, quiet watches — carried directly into operating private capital. The marinas, the platform, the validator network: all built to the same tolerances.
