Mr. Close is a serial entrepreneur and serves as the President & Managing Member of Dice Holdings , a private family owned global advisory company focused on capital solutions, real estate development.and private investments. Since 2012, he has led many startup companies to success in a variety of highly competitive industries, cutting-edge markets, and fast paced environments. Mr. Close has a proven ability to analyze an organizations critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, while developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness, increasing revenue and improving customer relations. Other key accomplishments as a business owner include the completion of some of the finest waterfront destinations such as Island Gardens Megayacht Marina in Miami, Florida and Admirals Cove Marina in Jupiter, Florida and more. 

Mr. Close has a passion for real estate development and the marine industries having owned several yacht brokerage firms, a vertically integrated marina development company and a custom yacht manufacturing company. Mr. Close is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Navy and a qualified Submariner having earned 2 Navy Commendations during his 8 at sea deployments. Mr. Close spent nearly 10 years of active duty service in various leadership roles while conducting submarine operations and mentoring young Sailors and Marines. Mr. Close is active in the private equity space and holds board appointments and partnerships with several private companies. A proud American, Mr. Close is an active supporter of various military veteran groups and other non-profit organizations combating crimes against children. Dennis is a resident of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and he is married with two daughters. Mr. Close is a graduate of the University of North Florida and the Naval Officers Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island.
